Our warranty replacement policy gives you peace of mind that the item you had repaired by us will be covered for 365 DAYS after you receive it back. As long as its returned in the original state.
If you had an item installed by us, you generally have a 365 day warranty (or longer!) on the installed part(s) unless otherwise noted on your original invoice. That’s all there is to it!
Once we receive your defective item, it will be expedited through our London diagnosis and repair department to quickly resolve the issue. We will contact you with our findings, and our warranty covers only parts that we installed, not additional problems.
We’ll locate the issue, correct it, and get it back into your hands via overnight shipping at no additional cost to you. That’s all there is to it!
